Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above,
please do not use this service.
Changes to this Agreement
Please note that we may change these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to do without your consent. Any revised terms and conditions will be applicable at the time of posting on the NEM Shop Site. Please ensure that you review these terms and conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the NEM Shop Site after it has been posted.
Processing time is 3 – 5 business days depending on the amount of orders received.
Estimate worldwide shipping times will be 5 – 8 business days (Express shipping) and 10 – 20 business days (Standard shipping). We will do our best but cannot guarantee the days with them. You are responsible for any import duties which may occur for shipments from overseas exceeding a certain treshold value. Our parcel will contain an invoice showing the USD value and XEM equivalent.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, simply send it back within 30 days from the date you received it and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping cost. You will responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred while returning the item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item.
How to Return or Exchange your order

Step 5: We will notify you on the status when the item is received
Step 6: Refunds will be done in XEM
We only accept XEM payment.
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
